Returns Receiver II

About This Role

The Returns Receiver II performs all activities related to the accurate and timely shipping and/or receiving of returned products, ensuring proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare returns to be received
• Match actual product to associated documentation and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and documentation
• Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding receiving/shipping data or issues
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and adherence to safety rules, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Use limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks
• Assist other department employees with more complex assignments
• Work under general supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
