Sr. Supply Chain Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Senior Supply Chain Manager who will optimize supply chain processes, manage inventory, and foster team development within the Supply Chain Planning team. The manager will ensure efficient operations to prevent back orders and minimize excess inventory risks.

Responsibilities

• Determine best practices for executing and leveraging tools for optimal supply chain flow
• Support business partners to ensure supply chain alignment and growth
• Identify solutions and address issues in demand planning and logistics
• Manage and develop Supply Chain Planning team members
• Execute annual Department budget planning and management
• Prepare and present comprehensive metrics, reports, and analyses
• Utilize planning toolsets like SAP, MRP, and ERP II
• Collaborate with corporate to maintain SOPs and training documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
• 5 years of combined experience in supply chain/logistics
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP systems, and inventory management
• Experience with capacity planning and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain, with five years combined in supply chain/logistics

Nice to Have

• Willingness to pursue APICS certification
