This role is for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Spa Night Cleaner, ensuring guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the Spa area.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients as they enter the Spa
- Provide clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features
- Assist clients and guests with proper equipment usage
- Assist guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person, and record transactions
- Report any accidents or injuries to the Security Department
- Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provide direction or instruction when appropriate
Requirements
- Engaging and welcoming personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule that allows for working weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
