Spa Night Cleaner

About This Role

This role is for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Spa Night Cleaner, ensuring guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the Spa area.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Spa
• Provide clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features
• Assist clients and guests with proper equipment usage
• Assist guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person, and record transactions
• Report any accidents or injuries to the Security Department
• Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provide direction or instruction when appropriate

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to frequently bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule that allows for working weekends and holidays

Nice to Have

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
