This Solutions Engineer role involves architecting scalable systems and designing creative technical pathways for high-level HubSpot solutions. The position requires translating technical complexity into strategic clarity and confidently guiding clients through sophisticated CRM, automation, and integration transformations. You will lead the implementation from architecture to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engineer creative technical approaches to complex client challenges
- Identify constraints and design best-practice strategic recommendations
- Lead complex HubSpot migrations (CRM/ERP to HubSpot and vice versa)
- Design and map multi-object data structures and associations
- Build and troubleshoot custom API integrations
- Design complex HubSpot workflows with triggers and branching logic
- Build multi-object reports and executive dashboards
- Lead technical HubSpot implementations and onboardings
- Join sales and strategy calls with executive stakeholders
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, confidence-building language
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Strong Development Background (4-6+ years)
- Client-Facing Experience (4-5+ years)
- Strategic Problem Solver
- U.S. Time Zone Experience (PST alignment required)
- Leadership Exposure
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of strong development background as a web or full-stack developer, and 4-5+ years of client-facing experience.
