This role is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site, performing contracted office services including copy, courier, and mail services. It involves direct customer contact and ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility
- Operate office equipment including PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment
- Handle courier, reception, switchboard, shipping & receiving, and mail delivery/processing services
- Maintain daily routine functions such as creating/completing work orders and contractor monitoring
- Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants as needed
- Coordinate conference rooms and manage A/V equipment resources
- Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including monthly reports
- Ensure financial responsibilities are met
- Maintain positive internal working relationships through professional communication
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
- 1+ years of customer-facing work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology
Qualifications
- High school or GED is required
- 1 year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical) and 1 year of customer-facing work experience
