Shift Manager

About This Role

As a Shift Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a SONIC restaurant, ensuring high-quality food, a clean environment, and an enjoyable guest experience. You will also help with hiring, training, and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable experience every time
• Assist with hiring team members
• Assist with training and developing team members

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Preferably, six months or more of restaurant experience
