About This Role

Lead and manage shifts to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and mentor crew members.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth transitions
• Meet targets for shifts and help departments meet goals
• Handle and oversee crew schedules
• Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers
• Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures
• Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning
• Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
