Lead and manage shifts to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and mentor crew members.
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance
- Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth transitions
- Meet targets for shifts and help departments meet goals
- Handle and oversee crew schedules
- Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers
- Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures
- Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning
- Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
Requirements
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
