Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee crew schedules to lead the experience
• Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
• Take action on safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
• Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
