About This Role

Lead a team and manage daily operations within a Starbucks store, contributing to a welcoming environment and business success. This role prepares for advanced management responsibilities within Starbucks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with purpose and prepare for the next step in your Starbucks journey
  • Run a multi-million dollar business through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training
  • Lead a team of partners
  • Create a welcoming space for the community
  • Supervise the work of others
  • Build teams and coach partners

Requirements

  • One year retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
  • One year supervising the work of others, teambuilding, coaching
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Qualifications

  • 1 year retail/customer service management experience (2 years preferred) OR 4+ years of US Military service, and 1 year supervising the work of others.

Nice to Have

  • Two years retail / customer service management experience
