The Shift Manager will lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring staff management, customer satisfaction, and a clean environment during their assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff during assigned shift
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
