Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as product preparation, customer service, and inventory. This role involves directing crew members and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders
• Direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery
• Manage customer relations
• Oversee restaurant maintenance
• Lead team and manage inventory

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred)
• Ability to create a great place to work for the team
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and serving quality food
• Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
• High standards for self and team

Qualifications
