Shift Manager

About This Role

The Shift Manager assists with the daily operations of a Pizza Hut restaurant, ensuring friendly service, great food, and a clean environment. This role involves training staff, maintaining food safety, managing costs, and supporting overall operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure friendly and personalized service with great food
• Ensure food is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment
• Train and supervise crew members
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Execute cost control systems
• Delegate prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift
• Provide exceptional guest service and support
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years old to work in manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state & federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results oriented and customer focused

Qualifications
