Shift Manager

About This Role

The Shift Manager will assist with the daily operations of a Pizza Hut restaurant, ensuring friendly service, great food, and a clean environment for customers. This role involves supervising team members, enforcing food safety, and interacting positively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Execute cost control systems
• Delegate prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• 18 years old to work in manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state & federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results oriented and customer focused
