Shift Manager

About This Role

Assist with the daily operations of an Ayvaz Pizza (Pizza Hut franchisee) restaurant as a Shift Manager. Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and a clean environment while supervising crew members and reinforcing food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures
• Interact with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Execute cost control systems
• Delegate prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Dependable and reliable
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• 18 years old to work in manager role
• Possess all documents and permits required by state & federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results oriented and customer focused
• Undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service work experience helpful
