As a Shift Lead, you will supervise store Crew Members, manage store operations including opening and closing, and assist with cash handling to ensure smooth and efficient service at Wings Over.
Responsibilities
- Work side by side with the team by frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors
- Supervise with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over
- Demonstrate knowledge of and train others on core products, processes, and FOH/BOH workstations
- Coach Crew Members on core products, processes, and FOH/BOH workstations
- Identify and communicate appropriate responsibilities and duties to store Crew Members to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Anticipate obstacles and take action to prevent or minimize their impact
- Keep all workstations clean and organized and coach team to do the same
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Assist with checking cash drawers and preparing bank deposits
- Contribute as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
Requirements
- Legal US work authorization
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of store-level supervisor experience in food/hospitality preferred
