Responsibilities
- Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- Take ownership and responsibility of resolving problems
- Seek help from others when appropriate and provide guidance to others
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
