About This Role

The Shift Leader supports the daily operations of a Krystal restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in areas like product preparation, customer service, and financial accountability. This role involves training and coaching employees to achieve key results in people, customer, sales, and profit.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of a Krystal restaurant
• Assist the management team in selecting, training, and coaching A+ talent
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities, and financial accountability
• Drive a customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues and training employees
• Coach, drive excellence, and hold shifts accountable to core operational procedures
• Ensure food safety standards are met through direct observation
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures during shifts

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Servsafe certification
• Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one (1) or more years restaurant experience
• 1+ years restaurant experience
