Senior Service Technician

About This Role

The Senior Service Technician is responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment at customer locations and in the Market Center. This role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and providing customer assistance regarding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers as assigned to investigate operating difficulties of equipment
• Diagnose problems and determine reasons and nature of correction
• Make repairs or adjustments to equipment to return it to working order
• Clean and maintain equipment on location, including exchanging decanters and cleaning brewers
• Document work completed including verifying closing calls, invoice completion, asset verification, and customer documentation
• Repair and refurbish equipment in the Market Center; maintain spare parts levels
• Accurately capture work completed in company provided mobile device
• Maintain a good working relationship and liaison with customers to maintain a positive company image
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations
• Maintain service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition

Requirements

• Working knowledge in repairing small electrical appliances
• Ability to read and write in English
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Acceptable driving record and a qualified driver's license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
