Lead a team of DevOps engineers to manage and configure key applications like Salesforce, AWS, and Snowflake, ensuring configuration integrity and implementing industry best practices. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in enterprise operations within a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise DevOps and Configuration Management roadmap
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
- Define and implement a unified Configuration Management strategy leveraging GIT
- Design, build, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines
- Drive the evolution of current DevOps practices into a full DevSecOps model
- Oversee the configuration integrity of all application environments
- Implement rigorous auditing processes and controls
- Produce and provide input into program-level reports, metrics, and dashboards
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in configuration management
- 5+ years as a Release Manager in an enterprise-level environment
- Expert with CMMI (specifically CMMI-DEV ML-3) process and framework
- Expert understanding of configuration challenges and deployment strategies for Salesforce, AWS, and Snowflake
- Expertise with branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation tools
- Experience with Continuous Development/Deployment/Integration design and best practices
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience leading and/or managing a remote distributed team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years’ experience in configuration management, 5+ years as a Release Manager in an enterprise-level environment
