About This Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will significantly impact growth initiatives within Individual Retirement Strategies by optimizing profitability across a diverse portfolio of Growth solutions. You will analyze key business metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights, enhance enterprise value, and maintain competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor emerging business results, market insights, and changes in economic and regulatory environments
  • Partner with Pricing to understand product pricing inputs and assumptions impacting product economics
  • Collaborate across the business system to manage P&L aspects, maximizing value generation while managing risk
  • Maintain awareness of competitor rates and relative positioning of products in the Growth portfolio
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders on the Future Growth Initiatives team for insights and feedback
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and development of materials for Future Growth pipeline opportunities
  • Partner with Product Development to evaluate innovation initiatives and define the Growth Initiatives product roadmap
  • Execute the Growth Initiatives product roadmap through collaboration with Product Development, Support, and Implementation teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, or retirement solutions
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to partner with diverse functions and levels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a self-motivated approach to work
  • Highly organized and adept at handling changing priorities
  • Skilled at conflict resolution and effective negotiation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in annuities, insurance, or retirement solutions

Nice to Have

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 license
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
