Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions on digital transformation by addressing customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assessments to illustrate efficiency gains
  • Develop strategies for digital adoption and expand market presence within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with sales team to integrate digital solutions into growth plans
  • Manage sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools
  • Gather insights from customers to inform product development and enhancements
  • Provide onboarding support and implementation guidance for successful digital tool deployment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to differentiate solutions effectively
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in leading technical demonstrations showcasing ROI
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Capability to meet physical demands including lifting significant weights

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Business; Welding Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience
