This role involves conducting in-depth analysis and research to support the development and optimization of digital banking products, working closely with various teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in partnership with the Customer Insights and User Experience Design team
- Analyze user behavior data and product metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and test hypotheses to validate early assumptions about product features
- Support the creation and refinement of user personas and journey maps
- Leverage experimentation and analytics to validate product changes
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Define dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the Digital Analytics team
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategy documents
- Contribute to the prioritization of product features based on data-driven insights
- Present findings and analysis to various stakeholders, including senior leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management (or 8+ years with High School Diploma/GED)
- Experience in product analysis
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience in market research
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced communication skills (verbal/written)
- Advanced initiative
- Advanced teamwork
- Intermediate adaptability
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills
- Intermediate experience managing custom software builds
- Intermediate product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in Product Management or 8 years with a High School Diploma/GED
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or banking products
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Intermediate business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Intermediate vendor management experience
