This role involves actively driving prospecting and sales growth for GreenSky consumer financing within the Home Improvement vertical, targeting and securing partnerships with Enterprise Home Improvement Merchants. The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive prospecting and sales growth for GreenSky consumer financing within the Home Improvement vertical
- Target and secure partnerships with Enterprise Home Improvement Merchants ($5+ million annual sales revenue)
- Nurture and grow the business following the sale
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base
- Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Oversee the full sales cycle—from initial engagement through close—to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Facilitate training sessions for groups of sales professionals, demonstrating how to effectively utilize the product
- Build and maintain strategic relationships at industry events to generate net-new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored products or services to drive mutual growth through proper discovery
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience
- Experience leading web-based and in-person client presentations, meetings, and training sessions
- Track record of new business development
- Ability to manage a healthy pipeline and full sales cycle
- Strong command skills for facilitating training sessions
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at industry events
- Experience understanding client objectives and delivering tailored solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Public speaking experience
- Excellent presentation skills and questioning capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, GoToMeeting or similar web conferencing software, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Workday Expense Reporting
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience

- Experience within the financing, payments, or Home Improvement space
