Execute sales strategies and increase market share for hospice services by developing accounts and educating the medical community. This role involves achieving monthly goals and mentoring a team of Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations
- Develop and drive growth strategies
- Manage financial resources by projecting returns and adhering to the Sales and Marketing budget
- Understand and articulate the features and benefits of LHC Group services, competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines
- Educate the medical community about LHC Group services through effective sales calls and in-services with appropriate tools and literature
- Provide mentorship, assistance, and support to assigned Account Executives
- Foster strategic partnerships with Regional and Agency Operational Leadership teams to create a shared vision for growth
Requirements
- 1+ years of Account Executive experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and CRM software)
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Account Executive experience

- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to teach and train new Account Executives
