Drive new business development and sales growth for GreenSky's consumer financing within the Home Improvement vertical, focusing on securing partnerships with Enterprise Home Improvement Merchants.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive the prospecting and sales growth for GreenSky consumer financing within the Home Improvement vertical
- Target and secure partnerships with Enterprise Home Improvement Merchants ($5+ million annual sales revenue)
- Nurture and grow the business following the sale
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base
- Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and oversee the full sales cycle
- Facilitate training sessions for groups of sales professionals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships at industry events to generate net-new business opportunities
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored products or services to drive mutual growth through proper discovery
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience
- Experience leading web-based and in-person client presentations, meetings, and training sessions
- Proven track record of new business development
- Ability to manage a healthy pipeline and full sales cycle
- Strong command skills to facilitate training sessions
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
- Understanding client objectives and delivering tailored products or services
- Extensive travel required (up to 50% face-to-face with prospects and overnight travel)
- Self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and thrives on the hunt for the deal
- Strong written and verbal skills; public speaking experience
- Excellent presentation skills and questioning capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce as well as Zoom, GoToMeeting or similar on-line web-conference software, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Workday Expense Reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B sales experience; preferably within the financing, payments, or Home Improvement space

- BA/BS degree
- Experience in financial services or Home Improvements
