About This Role

The Selling Associate drives sales, provides exceptional customer service, and engages customers with elevated product knowledge. This role focuses on optimizing the customer experience and contributing to store growth for Victoria's Secret.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and process "go-backs"
• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure availability for purchase
• Execute floorset proficiently and maintain visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to handle frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
