Customer Experience Lead

About This Role

This role is for a values-based leader responsible for driving top-line sales by directing and coaching associates on the sales floor. The Customer Experience Lead will also support operational excellence through visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability, acting as a front-line supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow top-line sales by selling, leading, and directing associates on the sales floor
• Coach associates in the moment to enhance performance
• Support operational excellence by maintaining visual standards and managing payroll
• Ensure merchandise availability and contribute to overall store presentation
• Act as a front-line supervisor, assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates
• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, and team selling
• Conduct associate observations and provide coaching/feedback
• Manage labor hours within the store to optimize sales and profit
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution of brand actions

Requirements

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand
• Excellent merchandising skills
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights to take action
• Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners to achieve goals
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred. Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
