About This Role

This role is a values-based leader responsible for driving top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and developing the team, managing performance, and actively selling. The Customer Experience Manager also ensures operational excellence through visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Manage performance and engage in selling activities
  • Maintain visual standards of the brand
  • Manage labor hours within the store to drive sales and profit
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution
  • Demonstrate and lead company policy and procedures
  • Execute Floorsets and support product launches, onboarding, and shipment processing

Requirements

  • Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand
  • Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights to take immediate action
  • Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making
  • Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift
  • Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
