About This Role

Lead customer experience and front-end operations for a retail store, ensuring high customer service scores, maintaining store standards, and supporting the store manager in daily duties.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact
  • Train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for fast, friendly check outs
  • Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals
  • Lead front end operations, ensuring merchandising is set and meets brand standards
  • Ensure all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers
  • Perform store manager duties in their absence
  • Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members
  • Review all corporate communications and react accordingly

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience

  • College experience preferred
