Lead customer experience and front-end operations for a retail store, ensuring high customer service scores, maintaining store standards, and supporting the store manager in daily duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact
- Train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for fast, friendly check outs
- Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals
- Lead front end operations, ensuring merchandising is set and meets brand standards
- Ensure all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers
- Perform store manager duties in their absence
- Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members
- Review all corporate communications and react accordingly
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
