Support Lead

About This Role

The Support Lead (Part-Time) ensures an exceptional customer experience by assisting with daily store operations, staff management, and merchandising. This role involves training crew members, managing store opening and closing procedures, and actively driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service through personal contact and fast, friendly checkouts.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manage store opening and closing processes, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including garbage removal, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
