Support Lead

About This Role

This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing daily associate activities, managing store operations as Manager on Duty, and supporting the onboarding and training of associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service, training them in the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service
• Manage the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms
• Support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
• Partner with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery
• Perform store maintenance including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
