This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing daily associate activities, managing store operations as Manager on Duty, and supporting the onboarding and training of associates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service, training them in the B.E.S.T. customer service experience
- Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring effective performance and excellent customer service
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor
- Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service
- Manage the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
- Partner with the store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery
- Perform store maintenance including taking out garbage, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
