Store Manager

About This Role

Lead a retail store team to drive top-line sales by creating exceptional customer and associate experiences, managing operations, and developing talent. This role ensures visual merchandising standards, payroll management, and inventory control to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching, and developing the team
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, and inventory control
• Coach and develop leaders within the area of responsibility (brand, team, operations)
• Oversee weekly schedules of leaders and associates
• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences as Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Conduct associate observations and coaching
• Independently manage labor hours to drive top-line sales and profit
• Own the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Demonstrate and lead company policy and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results
• Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making
• Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
