About This Role

This role is responsible for providing security services and excellent customer service at the Xfinity Center, ensuring the safety of guests and employees and maintaining venue property.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a customer friendly environment
  • Greet and assist guests to seating area and offer other services as needed
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security and safety of the premises
  • Search and screen individuals to prevent passage of prohibited items into the venue
  • Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property
  • Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to provide a positive and safe experience for all
  • Alert guests of venue rules, as well as report any infractions or violations
  • Write reports of activities and irregularities such as guest incidents or ejections, equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors gates
  • Provide general assistance to guests and other staff members to promote an environment in line with the core values of Live Nation
  • Assist in post-show cleanup of assigned area within the venue

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
  • Available to work nights and weekends

Nice to Have

  • Prior customer service experience
