Parking Cashier Manager

About This Role

This role involves greeting guests, managing parking operations, and ensuring accurate transactions at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. You will assist the Parking Cashier Manager with setup, breakdown, and equipment reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist with venue inquiries
• Communicate daily specials on Premier and Guaranteed parking
• Assist Parking Cashier Manager in setting up and breaking down signage and tents
• Ensure Parkhub pricing is accurate and device is connected to WiFi
• Scan parking passes and complete transactions
• Observe and note operational efficiencies and inefficiencies each show
• Return all equipment to Parking Cashier Manager at the end of the night
• Reconcile transactions at the end of the night
• Recap any concerns with parking cashier manager

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgement, tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
