Parking Cashier

About This Role

Serve as a Parking Cashier at Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre, greeting guests, assisting with parking, and handling transactions for individual events. This is a seasonal hourly position working concert days from April to October.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue
• Communicate daily specials on Premier and Guaranteed parking to guests
• Assist Parking Cashier Manager in setting up and breaking down signage and tents as needed
• Ensure Parkhub pricing is accurate, and device is connected to WiFi
• Scan parking passes and complete appropriate transactions
• Observe and note what is working/not working each show
• Return all equipment to Parking Cashier Manager at the end of the night
• Reconcile transactions at the end of the night
• Recap any concerns with parking cashier manager

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift/carry 25+ pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
