Seasonal Entertainer

About This Role

This role is for a seasonal entertainer at Insomniac's Beyond Wonderland SoCal event. Perform various theatrical roles, engage with attendees, and embody characters to create memorable experiences for headliners.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with headliners
• Embody and stay in full character during performances
• Maintain a high level of energy and crowd engagement
• Pose for photo ops with headliners while fostering the Insomniac image
• Help facilitate a team oriented environment
• Interact courteously and professionally with headliners and staff at all times
• Work effectively under high levels of pressure and demanding timelines
• Wear a multitude of designated footwear, headdresses, and other costuming elements for extended periods
• Demonstrate elevated levels of stamina and endurance
• Navigate and perform throughout large crowds
• Complete assigned duties and rotations of checkpoints throughout the event

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Theatrical acting and dancing capabilities
• Proficient talent in your chosen performance area
• Energy, enthusiasm, and people skills
• Adaptable performance style to suit costuming or audience
• Able to accept direction and coaching with flexibility and adaptability
• Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods of time in festival conditions
