This Seasonal Associate role contributes to a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation to meet sales goals and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities through ownership and initiative
• Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing personalized service and creating a welcoming environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally
• Support store operations including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, and visual merchandising
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and replenishment
• Leverage training tools and embrace feedback to continuously build skills and strengthen performance
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events to deliver accurate information to customers
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and sharing knowledge
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control and inventory accuracy

• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs
