About This Role

The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations for Estee Lauder products. This role requires a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry and a competitive drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and personal key metrics by demonstrating ownership and initiative
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalized consultations and product recommendations
• Execute successful promotions, special events, and customer outreach to drive sales
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide a seamless omnichannel experience to customers
• Continuously build product knowledge, selling behaviors, and artistry skills through training and feedback
• Merchandise and replenish products, maintaining visual merchandising and beauty hygiene standards
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections and sharing knowledge
• Support store operations by assisting with other tasks as assigned, including store fulfillment and asset protection

Requirements

• Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services
• Ability to move around all store areas, bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
