About This Role

The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations. This role requires genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry and a competitive drive to excel in a fast-paced commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and personal key metrics
• Create memorable store experiences through building genuine relationships with team, vendors, customers, and community
• Build customer loyalty by delivering excellent service, providing personalized consultations, and offering product recommendations
• Execute successful promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience
• Leverage training tools, brand resources, and feedback to continuously build product knowledge and artistry skills
• Merchandise and replenish products timely, maintaining visual merchandising and hygiene standards
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and celebrating achievements
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances and support selling and store operations
• Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives by accurately executing omni and operations processes

Requirements

• Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with technology including smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based operating systems
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
• Comfortable with and enjoy assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services
