Provide an exceptional client experience at the salon, drive retail sales, and maintain salon standards. This role involves client scheduling, inventory management, and receptionist duties.
Responsibilities
- Drive client experience and maximize sales potential for each client
- Ensure proper scheduling and continuing appointments, including booking and re-booking
- Ask appropriate questions to determine client's needs and match with Salon Professional's strengths
- Offer all Company programs, including credit and rewards, to all clients
- Aid in replenishment and restock efforts for Salon inventory
- Monitor retail and backbar on-hand accuracy and communicate opportunities to the Salon Leader
- Perform registration of clients and answer phones using scripted responses
- Handle client complaints, exchanges, refunds, adjustments, and cashiers within guidelines
- Maintain and update automated client records including lab data and release forms
- Execute floor SET activities, including replenishment, restocking, recovery, and visual merchandising
