Sales Team Member

About This Role

As a Sales Team Member at OIC, you'll disrupt the medical device space by improving value for patients, helping facilities and surgeons adopt OIC's offerings, and forging a path for adoption.

Responsibilities

• Help facilities and surgeons grasp OIC's value proposition
• Provide a path that forges adoption of OIC products
• Attend cases with consummate professionalism
• Work independently while drawing motivation from collaboration
• Create and execute a business plan for your region

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
• Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
• Demonstrated detail focus
• Personally affected change in culture and/or performance for previous employers’ organizations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
