About This Role

This role is for a Sales Associate in a retail showroom, focusing on providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and supporting store operations. The position aims to enhance customer engagement and contribute to store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to customers throughout the sales process
• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
• Accurately process sales transactions and related documentation
• Support store opening and closing procedures as required
• Assist with inventory management and loss-prevention activities
• Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Meet individual and store performance expectations
• Complete additional operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform job-related physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
