Sales Team Member

About This Role

This role involves guiding customers through their shopping journey, helping them select products for their homes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It requires an energetic and customer-focused sales professional to transform store guests into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging in-store experience
• Actively engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner while representing the brand image
• Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with cash handling and documentation procedures
• Assist customers with financing options and credit applications as needed
• Address and resolve customer concerns independently whenever possible
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention initiatives, including bi-annual inventory counts
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by store management

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with a passion for customer interaction
• Ability to clearly communicate information in a motivating and persuasive manner
• Enthusiastic about sharing ideas and contributing to a positive team environment
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or retail sales experience preferred
