About This Role

This role involves improving value for patients and facilities by helping surgeons understand and adopt orthopaedic implants. It requires creating and executing a business plan for a specific region.

Responsibilities

  • Help facilities and surgeons grasp OIC's value proposition for orthopaedic implants
  • Provide a path for the adoption of OIC products
  • Attend OR with professionalism
  • Create and execute a business plan for your region
  • Work towards the success of patients and customers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
  • Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
  • Detail-focused (demonstrated by putting 'success' in application subject line)
  • Personally affected change in culture and/or performance for previous employers’ organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
