Sales Team Member

About This Role

This role involves guiding customers through their shopping journey, providing expert product knowledge, and assisting them in designing their living spaces. The Sales Team Member will deliver exceptional customer service, process sales orders accurately, and maintain a welcoming presence on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and visible presence on the sales floor
• Engage with customers respectfully while representing the brand positively
• Accurately process sales orders while following cash handling procedures
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing options as required
• Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation
• Resolve customer concerns independently whenever possible
• Support store opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention activities
• Participate in bi-annual inventory counts
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Ability to communicate in a motivating and persuasive manner
• Enthusiastic about sharing ideas and engaging customers
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Thrives in a customer-centric service environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
