About This Role

This role involves driving sales of orthopaedic implants in the Minneapolis region. The Sales Team Member will educate facilities and surgeons on OIC's value proposition and execute a regional business plan to increase product adoption and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Educate facilities and surgeons on OIC's value proposition
  • Forge adoption path for OIC's orthopaedic implants
  • Attend cases in the Operating Room (OR) with professionalism
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members
  • Create and execute a regional business plan for success with patients and customers
  • Report to and work directly with the Head of Sales and senior management
  • Close new business and support existing customers

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
  • Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
  • Demonstrated detail-focused approach (by putting 'success' in application subject line)
  • Ability to affect change in culture and/or performance for previous employers' organizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
