This role will drive the adoption of orthopaedic implants by educating facilities and surgeons on value propositions and executing a regional business plan. The position focuses on improving patient value by disrupting the medical device space.
Responsibilities
- Help facilities and surgeons grasp our value proposition for orthopaedic implants
- Provide a path that forges adoption of our products
- Attend cases at the Operating Room (OR) with professionalism
- Work independently towards sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management
- Create and execute a business plan for your assigned region
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
- Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
- Detail-focused (demonstrated by putting 'success' in application subject line)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
