About This Role

This role will drive the adoption of orthopaedic implants by educating facilities and surgeons on value propositions and executing a regional business plan. The position focuses on improving patient value by disrupting the medical device space.

Responsibilities

  • Help facilities and surgeons grasp our value proposition for orthopaedic implants
  • Provide a path that forges adoption of our products
  • Attend cases at the Operating Room (OR) with professionalism
  • Work independently towards sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team and senior management
  • Create and execute a business plan for your assigned region

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
  • Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
  • Detail-focused (demonstrated by putting 'success' in application subject line)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
