Responsibilities
- Help facilities and surgeons understand OIC's value proposition
- Provide a path for product adoption
- Attend OR cases with professionalism
- Work independently while drawing motivation from collaboration
- Create and execute a business plan for your region
- Close new business and support existing customers
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
- Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
- Demonstrated detail focus
- Personally affected change in culture and/or performance for previous employers’ organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
