As a Sales Team Member at OIC, you'll drive sales of orthopaedic implants by understanding customer needs, developing regional business plans, and supporting both new and existing clients. This role focuses on improving value for patients and healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan for your assigned region
- Help facilities and surgeons understand OIC's value proposition
- Forge adoption of OIC products
- Attend cases in the operating room (OR) with professionalism
- Work independently while also collaborating with the sales head and senior management
- Close new business and support existing customers
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience selling orthopaedic trauma, reconstruction, or spine implants
- Proven success in closing new business while supporting existing customers
- Demonstrated ability to personally affect change in culture and/or performance for previous employers' organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
