Sales Representative - Uniform

About This Role

This role involves developing new business-to-business accounts within Cintas's Uniform Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and meet sales targets
• Develop and qualify leads within assigned territory through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
• Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and drive new business
• Prospect for new business accounts
• Cold call potential clients
• Set appointments with prospects
• Present Cintas programs to prospective customers
• Transport samples of products for presentations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in a similar role or new business-to-business (B2B) sales

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior sales experience (1 year+)
• New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
• Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Proficiency with Contact Management Systems
